DEKARES ZUKUNFT CAREER PROGRAM

The program generally consists of 2 main stages. These are;

  • Stage One: The preparation stage that takes place while the candidate is in his/her own country.
  • Stage Two: The integration stage after the candidate arrives in Germany.

A consultancy and training program is carried out within the scope of the first stage.

In this context;

Suitability in terms of Career: Making a career in Germany may not be attractive for every profession. Or, comparisons are made between the social and professional opportunities that qualified personnel have in their own country and the social and professional rights they can obtain in Germany.
